Our story
Every company we knew had bought a CRM and quietly gone back to spreadsheets and private notes. The tools were powerful, but they were built to extract data for management rather than to help the people entering it. Adoption failed, data rotted, and the promised single source of truth never arrived.
GoatCRM is our answer. We designed for the person on the phone between meetings, the manager running a pipeline review, and the success lead watching for churn — and we made the tool give more than it takes.
